The School Board addresses many issues from both families and faculty. The focus is to advance the learning environment and set students up for success.

My Focus
- How can we better support our teachers and administrators?
- What needs are not being met for the schools? From expanding parking lots to recess equipment - how can we do better for them?
- Address other forms of violent and disruptive behavior and what we can do to minimize the effects it has on the learning environment.
- Review the Student Code of Conduct and improve, where we can, the rules and consequences of violent behaviors.
- Evaluate how we can do better for those who attend Alternative School as a result of disciplinary action.
- Limit the use of laptops in elementary schools.
- Teach students how to properly use computers to develop lifelong skills such as typing, online research, and cyber security.
- Remove access to AI.
- Assess the future use of technology in schools based on its affects on learning, brain development, and mental health.
- Analyze current policies and practices regarding administrative restrictions, student data, and privacy.
- Minimize the digital footprint of students.
- Teach and encourage cyber security practices on their personal devices.
